Dr. Bruce Theall has been practicing podiatry in East Orange for 32 years. In addition to being Board Certified in foot and ankle surgery, he also specializes in biomechanics to restore proper function and alignment of the lower extremities. To evaluate and treat foot pathology in a painless and effective manner, Dr. Theall strives to listen to his patients’ concerns, and respect their time and needs.
CAROLINE R. MOSHEL, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology and neuro-ophthalmology.
Originally from North Carolina, Dr. Moshel completed her undergraduate degree at Duke University where she graduated with cum laude honors. She then received her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine. After she completed her internship at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Manhattan, she returned to New York University and Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital for her ophthalmology residency where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. She then completed further specialized fellowship training at Wills Eye Hospital in neuro-ophthalmology. She has published numerous research articles and given presentations at many national ophthalmology conferences.
In addition to neuro-ophthalmology, Dr. Moshel’s interests include the management of cataract, glaucoma, dry eyes, as well as cosmetic and medical use of Botox.
Dr. Yaron Moshel is co-director of The Brain Tumor Center of New Jersey at Atlantic Health System’s Overlook Medical Center in Summit and part of the neurosurgical team at Atlantic Neurosurgical Specialists in Morristown. He is also Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at NYU Langone Medical Center.
Dr. Moshel is one of a select few surgeons who specialize in removing deep-seated brain tumors using technology that includes computer-guided navigation, awake intraoperative brain mapping, endoscopy, and microsurgery. Dr. Moshel is a vital part of Overlook Medical Center’s CyberKnife Program making it the largest CyberKnife Program in the tri-state region for the treatment of brain tumors. Dr. Moshel is also actively involved in advancing the treatment of brain tumors and actively participates in national multicenter clinical trials, most recently working with an autologous dendritic cell vaccine and on a retroviral vaccine trial for recurrent brain tumors.
Previously Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Dr. Moshel’s clinical interests and neurosurgical abilities extend beyond the treatment of brain tumors. He is experienced in the surgical approaches for skull base and spine tumors and in endoscopic transnasal surgery for pituitary and skull base lesions. His practice also encompasses the surgical treatment of epilepsy and minimally invasive treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
Dr. Ajay Goyal is founder and director of New Jersey Bariatric Center® and is also Director of Bariatric Surgery and Associate Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery at Atlantic Health System’s Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey. With thousands of successful laparoscopic gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, gastric band and revision surgeries and laparoscopic general surgery procedures completed, Dr. Goyal is a leader in the field of laparoscopic bariatric and general surgery. Dr. Goyal was among the first bariatric surgeons in the country to employ a multidisciplinary team approach to weight loss, including nutritional, psychological and exercise counseling.
Dr. Alina Neuberger, MD is a family medicine specialist in Secaucus, NJ and has been practicing for 10 years. She graduated from Universitatea De Medicina Si Farmacie Carol Davila, Facultatea De Medicina in 2002 and specializes in family medicine.

Prior to joining ANS, Dr. Ronald Benitez was an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at Jefferson Medical College/ Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Benitez completed medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC and then completed his neurosurgical residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Benitez’s fellowship was done in cerebrovascular surgery and interventional neuroradiology. He is board certified in neurosurgery.
Dr. Benitez is one of the few neurosurgeons who are specialized in both the surgical and endovascular management of cerebrovascular disease. The emergence of minimally invasive endovascular procedures has allowed many life threatening lesions to be treated with less risk than more traditional open surgery.
Dr. Benitez has written and lectured extensively on cerebrovascular disease, presenting at national neurosurgical meetings. He recently authored one of the first papers describing a novel treatment for brain aneurysms with stenting. In addition to his work on developing endovascular procedures, Dr. Benitez is experienced in tumor surgery, especially skull based surgery and acoustic neuromas.
