Dr. William Gluckman is residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine and has worked in some of the busiest Emergency Departments in New Jersey and New York. He has extensive experience in minor-major injuries, including worker related injuries and chronic wound care management. Dr. Gluckman serves as the Medical Director/Medical Team Manager for New Jersey’s Urban Search and Rescue Team, NJTF-1, the EMS Medical Director for the Morris Minute Men rescue squad, the Medical Director for the County of Morris Special Operations Group, and has previously served as the Medical Director for the New Jersey EMS Task Force and UMDNJ University Hospital EMS in Newark, NJ.

Dr. Bilof began his career as a vascular surgeon where he continuously saw chronically ill patients suffering from type 2 diabetes. Dr. Bilof was frustrated by the overwhelming acceptance of maintaining the comorbidities (eg., obesity) associated with type 2 diabetes and believed there had to be something more doctors could do to help. In 2003, upon the urging of his wife, Dr. Bilof left his successful vascular practice and retrained in general surgery, specializing in bariatrics. In April 2007, he founded Garden State Bariatrics and began offering lifesaving solutions for individuals with obesity and related diseases.
Dr. Seth Stoller is a neurologist in Summit, New Jersey and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Hackensack University Medical Center and Holy Name Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and has been in practice between 11-20 years.
Dr. Chapple’s areas of specialty include minimally invasive and complex spine surgery, strokes, aneurysms, vascular malformations and acoustic neuromas. He is passionate about being at the forefront of ongoing research and delivering the latest, most innovative treatments to the most complex neurological disorders.
A native of Lorain, Ohio, Dr. Chapple received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University. He completed medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and my residency in neurological surgery and fellowship at The Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He also trained at Memorial Sloan Kettering in oncologic surgery of the brain and spine.
Dr. Chapple has published articles on the treatment of wide-neck aneurysms in a number of medical journals – including the Neurosurgical Focus Journal.
Dr. Rempson is an expert in the area of Physical medicine and rehabilitation and is the Chief of the Department of Rehabilitation at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ. A leader in the field of physiatry, Dr. Rempson is proud to be the Medical Director and founder of the Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Center- a center which has been featured in major newspapers, television outlets.
Dr. Rempson has lectured at the finest universities, nominated and won many Top Doctor Awards including Mid-Atlantic Medical Director of the Year, Genesis Elder Care, Physician Excellence Award Overlook Hospital, New Jersey Top Doctor: Atlantic Neuroscience Institute, and Summit Board of Education Resolution of Recognition (Community education in Concussions).
Dr. Rempson has lectured and taken part in many symposiums committee assignments and associations. Key symposiums he has co-directed/directed are: Co-Director 2006 Symposium: “Our Student Athletes: Mild Brain In Director on Family Practice Sports Medicine Lecture Series jury in Sports 2006,” Director 2007 Symposium “Current Concepts in Stroke Rehabilitation,” Co-Director of the 2009 Atlantic Sports Health: Assessment and Treatment of Musculoskeletal and Non-Musculoskeletal problems in the Athlete: Sponsored by the Athletic Trainers Society of New Jersey and presented at the New York Jets Training Facility and Director of 2009 Symposium: Interpretation of Impact Computerized Testing in Concussions. Currently Dr. Rempson participates in the following committees; Neuroscience Steering Committee, Medical Executive Committee Overlook Hospital, Atlantic Sports Health Steering Committee, and Overlook Sports Health Steering Committee Chairman. Dr. Rempson is also a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Medical Director’s Association, American College of Sports Medicine.

Dr. Arnold Pallay, a founding member of Vanguard Medical Group and Director of Practice Development, is a board-certified family physician in private practice in Montville, NJ since 1986. He previously founded Changebridge Medical Associates, P.A. a mid-sized, full service practice before merging into Vanguard Medical Group in 2012. Dr. Pallay graduated from the accelerated medical program at Boston University completing both his undergraduate major in history and his medical school studies there. He then finished his residency in Family Medicine at The Mountainside Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He was part-time faculty coordinator for obstetrics training there, until completing his 18 years of providing maternity care to his patients in 2003. Dr. Pallay is currently Vice Chair of Family Medicine at Morristown Medical Center and is the Associate Medical Director of Personalized Genomic Medicine at Atlantic Health System, Morristown Memorial/ Overlook Hospitals, where he lectures and champions issues in genetics for physicians and patients alike. He is the Medical Director for several area nursing homes and school physician for a number of neighboring towns as well. He has served as President of the Morris County Medical Society, the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians and the NJ Association of Medical Specialty Societies. Dr. Pallay is senior delegate to the Congress of Delegates from NJ to AAFP, and has served on its Commission on Finance and Insurance.

In the state of New Jersey Dr. Meyer is the Director of Neurospine for the Atlantic Neuroscience Institute. He is Acting Chairman and a member of the Spine Technology Committee at Atlantic Health System. He is the Secretary of the New Jersey Neurosurgical Society, and also a member of the Executive Board for the New Jersey Spine Society. Dr. Meyer is a member of the Spine Steering Committee at both Morristown Medical Center (MMC) and Overlook Medical Center (OMC) and he serves on the MMC Operating Room Cost Committee.
